FOR RESERVATIONS AFTER 5:00PM THE DAY BEFORE YOUR PICKUP, PLEASE CALL US DIRECTLY.

To arrange a pickup from your home, office or hotel to Denver International Airport, visit our reservations page or give us a call at (970) 226-5533.

A Green Ride van or bus will pick you up during the pre-arranged 10-minute pick-up window, bring you to the airport, and drop you off on the West Side Level 5 of the main terminal (current construction at DIA prevents us from dropping passengers at both sides of the main terminal).

The evening before travel you should receive a confirmation call or text finalizing your 10-minute window. All confirmation calls and texts should be completed by 8:00pm mountain time. If you do not receive your call or text, please call us to give you the 10 minute pick-up window. Please be ready to go at the beginning of your pickup time so that we can maintain an on time arrival at DIA while continuing to serve waiting passengers. If the driver is delayed and will miss the pickup window you should receive a call or text with updated information.

General Information Airport Pickup Location

Green Ride pickup up at Denver International Airport is on Island 5 directly outside door 504. Door 504 is near baggage claim carousel #17 on the WEST side of the Main Terminal. Island 5 is a pickup area for Scheduled Buses. For service to Fort Collins and Wyoming, look for a white vehicle with Green Ride lettering on the side. For Boulder area look for a green vehicle with white lettering.

Payments

We have a full refund policy! If you miss the van, decide to cancel, to use your personal car, travel with a friend, or use some other alternative means of transportation, contact us and we will refund the charge.

The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. Our first goal is to provide our customers and employees with safe and comfortable transportation services.

Gratuities

The listed rates do not include a driver or reservation agent gratuity. You should never see a sign nor hear a request for a gratuity from any of the Green Ride employees. However, if you are so inclined, you may include a gratuity with your reservation or give a gratuity at the time of service.
